We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure hosted in North America. Market data and AI-generated content are stored in shared cache tables (not linked to individual users). Row-level security ensures you can only access your own profile data.
4. Third-Party Services
Pulse360 uses the following third-party services:
Supabase — database and authentication
Anthropic Claude — AI content generation (no personal data sent)
Vercel — web application hosting
Market data is fetched from public government APIs (Bank of Canada, CMHC, Statistics Canada, municipal open data). These services do not receive any personal user data.
5. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your profile data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, non-personal market data may be retained indefinitely.
