Pulse360 is a market intelligence dashboard for British Columbia real estate professionals. It aggregates data from public government sources, real estate board reports, and AI-generated content to provide market insights.

Pulse360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

Data is sourced from third-party providers including the Bank of Canada, CMHC, Statistics Canada, BCREA member boards, and municipal open data portals. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, data may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

Some data points are estimates (e.g., lender rates computed from BoC prime rate plus historical spreads) and are clearly labeled as such. AI-generated content is labeled with a purple badge and should not be treated as factual reporting.

All market statistics are sourced from official real estate board reports (REBGV, FVREB, VREB, OMREB) and government APIs (Bank of Canada, CMHC, municipal open data). Data sources are documented on theSources page.

New Development Listings: New development project information (including pricing, availability, unit specifications, and completion dates) is sourced from publicly available information via automated AI web search and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Project details change frequently and without notice. Pulse360 does not verify this information with developers and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any developer listed. Licensed real estate professionals must independently verify all new development information directly with the developer's sales team before communicating it to clients.
